After you enter:
Click on the name , to open the message posting box, through which you can communicate with that particular member.

After you post a message, it will be indicated in the number of postings that has been taken place at that member's desk.

Click on the ‘ Number of Postings' to view the discussions that is being taking place at any particular's member's desk.

Click on Profile to view the member's contact detail
